Kitchen Time with Mandy

$25 + tax per person

Get rid of the “Sunday Scaries” when it comes to 2 of the most dreaded words in the health industry: “Meal Prep”.

  • Time is precious and it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what to buy, where to buy it, what to do with it when it comes to healthy eating.
  • Each monthly session will touch on a different topic:

    - a grocery store walk through
    - the best way to stock your deep freeze / fridge / pantry
    - how to read labels, quick and easy meals that are primal approved and delicious, etc

  • Online Live - recordings will be available for those who can’t make it
  • Runs once a month, 2nd Wednesday of every month
